These terms apply to your use of the Mewbark app. By using Mewbark you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Not veterinary advice
Mewbark offers general wellness guidance and is not a substitute for a veterinary diagnosis, treatment or advice. Results come from an AI model and may be wrong or incomplete. Always consult a veterinarian about your pet's health. If your pet may be in an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic right away; don't wait for the app.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping access to your device and Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete account).
Subscriptions
- Mewbark Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase, or when your free trial ends if you start one.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.
- Offers such as a discounted first year are available once per Apple ID, as Apple allows.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Free plan
The free plan includes one pet profile, logs and reminders, the last 30 days of history, and one free body condition photo check. Emergency answers in the daily check-in are always available.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, access other people's data, or upload content you don't have the right to use. Photos should be of pets and their food.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's results.
